Working with the Idea of using frames being hung from the ceiling, varying in sizes, to create a gallery/museum effect. We trued out some of our existing and explored some new material within this session.
Here is the some of the group recreating some existing material and rehearsing it within the set.
Also this week, we looked at some of the students chosen picture/paintings and them describing them through the large frame at the front of stage. We recorded Benjamins voice to play out over the speakers, leaving the group to make shapes to the narrative being spoken. From the vid below you can see that these simple movements have much more substance and impact when used within the frame. Great Work!
